Our basic service

So you have an online store and you're looking to save some time to focus on your products. That's where we come in. You can ship your products to our facility where we will store them and maintain an accurate inventory. We sync our software with your platform and when orders come in, we pick, pack, and ship them to your customers.

A bit of an upgrade

Along with order fulfillment, we'll manage your online store as well. We can create a new store or take over an existing store - all while using your preferred platform. Store management can include: product images and listings, respond to customer inquiries, email blasts (content provided by client), and general store maintenance.

Pre-Orders, Crowd Funding, Etc.

A Thorough Examination

Products will go through an audit and inspection once they arrive at our facility. This includes confirming the correct number and type of product was delivered, checking for damage or defects and if the products meet the quality requirements set forth by the client. If any discrepancies are found, we will reach out to the client to notify them.

Accurate and Secure

Once the audit and inspection is complete, each item will be added into the inventory system and sorted into secure storage units until they are sold.

Packaging and Finishing

If your products need finishing work once they arrive at our facility we are happy to complete the work for a small fee. This could include things such as folding and tagging T-shirts, removing production keychains from charms and replacing them with stylized keychains and much more. Please reach out for a quote for your specific post production needs.

Digital, Basic, Custom

Digital Package:

Products that are digital in nature include eBooks, software, videos, photos, documents and more. Fulfillment of these products will depend on the store platform and type of product.



Basic Packaging:

Products are wrapped and mailed in client-approved standard packaging such as poly mailers, corrugated cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, etc.



Custom Packaging - includes basic packaging plus:

Promotional inserts, sample or free products added to package

Subscription boxes, bundles or kits



Branded Packaging:

Clients may request branded packaging with custom logos for their products.
